Augusta Day of Coordination is a day of wedding coordinator team based in Augusta, Georgia. You plan the wedding you want. We make sure it runs the way you planned it, so you, your parents and your friends are not the ones watching the clock.

Our team is Nick and Jasmine, a male and a female coordinator working together. Couples get the best of both worlds. Between the two of them you have someone who gets people to the right place and helps direct the ceremony, someone who can lift the big, heavy things, and someone who can calm you down in a crisis. It sets the tone for the whole day.

With us, day of coordination really starts two to four weeks before the wedding. We build your wedding day timeline, confirm and follow up with your vendors, run the rehearsal lineup and the ceremony cues, and run the day itself. On the day we are the point of contact for your vendors, we handle the problems that come up, and yes, we carry and move things.

Day of coordination starts at $800 and goes up from there depending on what your wedding needs and how many staff we bring. We are veteran owned, family run and bilingual in English and Spanish, and we hold a business license and $2 million in liability insurance.
